It's so beautiful with all the large trees. The trees provide excellent shade so my vehicle doesn't get hot in the sunshine. The rec room is always clean and orderly and smells good. The pool is super fun and such a nice place to go to cool off during these hot summer months. Everyone there's respectful courteous and all the staff greet you with a smile! I totally adore this place.

This is a beautiful park for adults and children. The playground is unique in that a lot of it is under shade of either trees or large umbrellas. The colors are blue and teal for the equipment, very different. There is a sandbox, horseshoe pit,running and walking paved trails. There is a water fall. tennis courts and a baseball field. This park has EVERYTHING. The undercover dining area has grills and very clean and nice tables...Family reunion vibes here. You will love it!!

She will even come back to the property to fix a problem. Tonight she brought me her own air conditioner unit so that I could have a cool apartment for the night. She definitely goes above and beyond her job to make sure that the residents are taken care of. She is by far the best property manager I have ever had. If you are looking for a place to call home, I highly recommend Cedar Square Apartments. Wonderful place to call home over the last few months. Apartments are spacious inside and have surprising amount of storage. Playground for the kiddos and the clubhouse has a great little gym. Don't forget the pool! Managment and maintenence are quick to respond to concerns and were great to have here on the property. Definently worth taking a look to see if they are right for you!

Amazing location and an amazing apartment manager. I bug Rebecca a lot and she’s always very understanding, helpful, and patient with me. Inside is great if you like carpet! Pets are allowed. There are literally a billion stores within a mile of here. I honestly have no complaints. I forget to pay the rent on time sometimes but that’s my fault. I recommend living here! Cost is about market value in Boise.

Cedar Square has been my home for the past 4-5 years. I have been blessed with an amazing landlord and maintenance crew. They have done a wonderful job dealing with clients and keeping the property maintained. Rebecca is a wonderful manager. She's very helpful in lots of ways. Every year Cedar Square has made positive changes. They have recently had a playground put in. Also have a beautiful pool for the summer and a year round weight room. The property is very well taking care of. Great place for singles, couples, and families. Highly recommend!

Just moved here from the east coast and loving Cedar Square! We moved here after only seeing pictures online and several phone conversations with the office manager. Rebecca is so easy to work with and the apartment and amenities are perfect for us. Maintenance has been prompt on anything we have needed and downtown is only 13 minutes away! This is a budget friendly place to live. I have read the other less satisfied reviews here but I can't agree with them. Yes, this is a lower income rental but the people who live here are overall quiet and friendly. I have never had a problem with any of my neighbors. I have needed to call management a couple of times for repair on my air conditioning unit. Their maintenance man Eddie is quick, responsive, friendly and very helpful. On one occasion I called him at 2 am and he still answered the phone and was quick to help me with my problem. The location is incredibly convenient with a grocery Walmart and the post office less than a block away. The fire department is about two blocks in the opposite direction, which always made me feel safe, they can get to you in 2 minutes flat if you ever have an emergency. I moved out about two months ago. My family and income increased substantially and a great location opened up, however I have nothing negative to say about my time at Whispering Pines. I waited to see how much of my refund I would receive and was happy to get most of it back minus the cost for carpet shampooing and a couple small repairs. Overall, if your looking for a safe reasonably priced place to live, look no further.
