Not so good when the new manager came the parking got bod and kids canât do nuthing

Itâs a good place but the people are stuck up and complain about everything so if you have kids I donât recommend it .

Just moved here from the east coast and loving Cedar Square! We moved here after only seeing pictures online and several phone conversations with the office manager. Rebecca is so easy to work with and the apartment and amenities are perfect for us. Maintenance has been prompt on anything we have needed and downtown is only 13 minutes away! Rebecca has been great helping us get settled and even gave some tips for local restaurants and activities to check out. We definitely got lucky finding this place!

This place was great to live in when Maddie was are manager and parking wasn't a problem. Now this manager isn't people friendly and the parking sucks for a two car family. I can't wait to get out of here and into a place with parking that fits everyone and a friendly manager who doesn't give attitude when someone is trying to talk to her.

Lived here for a couple years. Be ready to get used to seeing unmonitored gritty children running around. You might see one throwing shoes at windows, another dumpster diving. Or better yet expect to see one defecate on the grass. The parking lot is a mess, no one cleans up after themselves. It's a low income apartment complex so expect the police to be parked there or across the street regularly. Last week there have been multiple reports of cars being broken into.
