Erika, the manager at Cedar Square Apartments, is absolutely wonderful! Every time I go to the office, both Erika and Crystal, are so friendly and welcoming. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help with anything I need. Their kindness make living here such a positive experience. I truly appreciate everything they do to keep the community running smoothly. Highly recommend Cedar Square Apartments!

We just moved in, the property manager and maintenance staff are all great, friendly and professional. They also work with not great credit and have great move in deals!

This is a beautiful park for adults and children. The playground is unique in that a lot of it is under shade of either trees or large umbrellas. The colors are blue and teal for the equipment, very different. There is a sandbox, horseshoe pit, running and walking paved trails. There is a water fall. tennis courts and a baseball field. This park has EVERYTHING. The undercover dining area has grills and very clean and nice tables...Family reunion vibes here. You will love it!!

Absolutely worst place I have lived. Maintenance is horrible and has no background and fixing things. Property has a bunch of homeless people living in apartments doing drugs in the parking lot. My car was attempted to get stolen and the alarm prevented it from happening. My neighbors car did get stolen. They charge higher rents for smaller places you can get a brand new apartment for less. When you sign your lease, tell you what your rent will be and then when you move in, they let you know about all the fees that you pay. You have to pay for your own parking space every month. The fees that they charge go up a few dollars every month. They gave me the opportunity to get out of my lease, which I gladly did and found a much nicer place for cheaper in a way better area. The properties so old that pipes are bursting and peoples apartments are getting flooded. The ductwork in my apartment was so bad that my living room would be 78° while my hallway where the thermostat was red 70°. I had no heat for the first two weeks I lived there. A supplied me with some space heaters that werenât powerful enough to heat the whole apartment so in December, I was freezing with electric blankets on. They donât care about their property they just care about getting tenants. If you have a problem and you reach out to the district manager, she is not much help. Sheâll tell you that they are working on the issue yet years go by with nothing being done. I just recently moved out and did a thorough move out clean, and they are still trying to charge me for a move out clean when it is cleaner than when I moved in. Staff there has no integrity and is the worst property Iâve ever rented from. If youâre gonna shell out close to $1500 a month for rent you might as well get a brand new apartment for 1300 and a nicer area.

I lived at cedar square apartments from 2021-2024 when I moved in none of The appliances worked in my apartment. I had mice in my apartment and when I moved in, I had to clean it because of how dirty it was from the people they hired to clean it. over the years, the property deteriorated quite a bit there was always something breaking and last year they got rid of their best maintenance guy. They hired one guy who was OK but more worried about flirting with you than fixing your problems. Then the next guy they hired was absolutely awful. He didnât fix anything. I had cameras in my house and he was supposed to replace an air filter and he took the air filter out to put the new one in and noticed he had the wrong size so he put the old one back in and left the job. I talked to the property manager about it and she said that Cody said he replaced it. Well, I had evidence that that was not true. Things continue to get worse. The property became absolute horrid place to live cars getting stolen from the parking lot. They charge you rent and then an additional $127 worth of fees on top of your rent. They actually let me out of my lease because of all the issues I had at the apartments. Their rents are higher than most places that are bigger and newer. I absolutely hated living in the ghetto. I used a plumber that I met at cedar square at my new place and he said he is over at cedar square all the time. The side walk and parking lot flood anytime there is rain. See attached photos
