I have been living at Cedar Square apartments for over 3 years now and they are great place to call home! Rebecca is always there to help you with everything you need. She will even come back to the property to fix a problem. Tonight she brought me her own air conditioner unit so that I could have a cool apartment for the night. She definitely goes above and beyond her job to make sure that the residents are taken care of. She is by far the best property manager I have ever had. If you are looking for a place to call home, I highly recommend Cedar Square Apartments. Everyone on staff makes you feel cared for and always ready to make sure that you are comfortable in your home.

Rebecca is probably the best property manager I have ever lived under. She is always willing to help and quick to resolve any issues that you may have. Even though my reviews have been negative about the property itself, I believe that Rebecca comes from a good place and wants to be able to accommodate residence and their needs.

My time at Cedar Square, although not as a tenant, has provided me with valuable insights into the world of property management. Having lived in various apartment complexes and even assisting in running one for a significant part of 2019, I've come to appreciate the importance of competent and compassionate staff. One of the highlights of my interactions at Cedar Square has been with Becca, the property manager. Her consistent kindness and professionalism, even during busy times, have left a lasting impression on me. In an industry where such qualities can be rare, Becca's approach sets a high standard. Moreover, I cannot overlook the invaluable contributions of the maintenance staff, Mike and Cody. They have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that my partner's apartment is not just functional but also a safe and comfortable living environment. Their dedication to their work and willingness to assist whenever needed have been truly commendable. In summary, Cedar Square's property management team, led by Becca, along with the exceptional maintenance staff, Mike and Cody, exemplify professionalism and a commitment to outstanding customer service. My experiences here have been nothing short of stellar, thanks to the efforts of these individuals.

Omg! I just have to catch everyone up on some of the awesome people at Cedar. Honestly the staff is why I have stayed going on 3+ years. Most recently I want to give a shout to the office staff. Becca! You are a Saint. I know how rough it can get but you stay calm and cool. Thank you so much for the amazing help you have been finding me a bigger unit in our complex. You were special thoughtful in thinking about my needing a ground floor because I can't physically do stairs. You are also helping me transition out of the old and into the new with all my thousands of questions. Please know what you do matters :) hell yes I recommend 👌

So I already left to review, but I forgot that when I moved to this property in 2020 I had mice in my unit and all of my appliances were broken. It was marketed as a renovated unit and my oven didn’t work, My refrigerator didn’t work and my Dishwasher didn’t work. They also say that you have a small yard area in their marketing however, your area ends at your concrete slab. You’re not allowed to have barbecue smokers or anything. It also said in the listing washer dryer hook ups, and when I called, because I had not seen the apartment, I had only seen the floor plan. I asked where is the washer dryer hook ups. I was informed The two and three bedrooms and that unit was $400 more than my unit. I own a cleaning business business, so doing laundry is kind of vital to my business the former property manager and the maintenance man just thought I was being a princess by complaining, and the maintenance man said that he went back to the office every time I put in a service request with egg on his face because seriously something was broken. Oh, and my toilet wasn’t working and they wanted me to wait the weekend before they fixed it. They told me that I had a key to the clubhouse and I could use the restroom facilities in there. I’m sure Rebecca will reply to both my post probably putting me down as a person or saying things that are untrue because that is true to her style. Because they could not rent out apartments to save their lives I ended up getting a two bedroom apartment for less than my 556 square-foot one bedroom was. I think the staff at Cedar Square are good people and they don’t intend to be rude. They sent me a lease violation warning and then one day I was in the office, bringing them a concern about a neighbor of mine and the maintenance for a man said “oh let’s see in a lease warning violation” I don’t know if you’ve ever received a lease warning violation, but instills a lot of fear in you. I found out that day, They just use it to scare people into doing whatever they want to them to do. That is a gross manipulation of power. Overall I would rather have moved before now however, moving is very expensive and felt like it would cost me more to move than to stay and save money to buy a house. I wonder if they will not allow me to renew my lease because of these reviews. I feel that everyone should know what they are getting when they rent here. I never had any things overall positive to post so I kept my opinion to myself. The maintenance man Dave was the best and fixed things fast. He is gone which is unfortunate. I wish I had not experienced what I have experienced in the past few months. I probably would have not made any reviews. However, after the lies that have been said about about how western didn’t feel comfortable coming to my apartment because of the way they were treated, which I called western and was informed that both technicians had commented what a pleasure I was to work with and one of them asked for my business card. Rebecca said that they said that they didn’t feel comfortable working in my unit without someone being there. The truth is the truth and when you lie the truth always comes out.

I’ve lived at Cedar Square Square, Apartments since 2020 They’ve asked me for review several times and I have waited because I never had anything positive to say. Maintenance was amazing when Dave was here and they decided to take him to a separate property and maintenance has gone nothing but downhill. The new maintenance, which is probably the person that wrote the maintenance is great review because the last time I logged onto here the reviews were like 3.2 on overall rating. Magically they were up to five stars and that is not what you get when you move into Cedar Square, first off when I moved in here AMC properties had just taken over Cedar Square. It was Whispering Pine Apartments and I spoke to residence that lived here before then and they said that they rented only increased $50 and three years. Mine has increased a total of about $550, when you tack on the parking fees real estate tax, cam fees, which are for maintenance and charge you for whatever we want fee, water, trash and sewer you end up paying about $1600 for an apartment that you could get brand new everything with maintenance that actually does their job. I have a video of the maintenance man coming into my apartment to change the air filter in my brand, new furnace and figuring out that the air filter he had didn’t fit. So instead of going and getting the right size what you have to custom order he just put the old filter back in my brand, new furnace and walked away. Rebecca seems nice to your face but then as soon as you walk away, she starts talking crap about you behind her back. She tells other residents like myself drama about other residents that live here and from what I found out from doing a little bit of investigation there were all lies. Everyone I have sent here to try to rent here has experience unprofessionalism and complete disrespect from not only maintenance but also from the property manager My advice is if you’re going to spend what’s more like a mortgage on rent you’re better off to get a brand new apartment that just got built with everything that works. Just a few weeks ago pipes burst in the building next to me and everyone had to evacuate and stay in a hotel for a couple Weeks. There belong ls was ruined and from what I heard, Cedar Square refused to pay for the cost of their hotel. I don’t know there’s so many brand new apartments on the rental market that I would suggest if you’re going to shell out 2024 prices you might as well live in some places it’s nice and not the ghetto. My car has been vandalized several times and even someone tried to steal it. My neighbors car got stolen just a few weeks ago from this apartment complex, The police are here every few days for a domestic disturbance or someone Letting their kid play outside and locking them out of their house so they can’t get back in. Take it from someone who’s lived here for four years. This staff here continues to go nothing but downhill and rate of rent keeps going up. One hell of a motivation to save your money and make it that you don’t have to live in an apartment, which will hopefully be my situation soon. Oh and did I mention that the parking lot floods anytime it rains and there’s about 3 to 4 inches of standing water on the pathways, I attached some pictures a couple weeks ago of the parking lot flooding situation and you can’t park in your spot that you pay $15 a month for because your car would be about 12 inches underwater. Thank you, Cedar Square for renting to me and always giving me the opportunity to do things myself like fix my own work orders and remedy situations that normal apartment would be able to handle. Oh and by the way, it says they have a pool, but the last three years has been absolutely disgusting and I would never want to ever put my body in that water. I would not recommend running from Cedar Square and if I were you, I would rent from a brand new apartment complex with granite countertops and all the amenities because you’re going to pay the same rates here and get 1980s apartments.

I’ve lived here at Cedar Square since January and the leasing office and maintenance has been nothing short of amazing and accommodating with any request I’ve made. I greatly appreciated the professionalism shown in every aspect of our communication through my application process and everything forward of that. Rebecca, the property manager, has been absolutely pleasant to communicate with and responsive in a timely manner for any and all requests I’ve made.

My girlfriend and I are on the market for a new apartment. We went to Cedar Square Apartments to check out their apartments. We walked into the leasing office, the lady sitting at the desk was pretty short with us, and it seemed like we were interrupting whatever she was doing. I felt like that was so unprofessional and if you are going to treat perspective renters like that, I can't imagine how she treats you once you live there. no thanks!

Wonderful place to call home over the last few months. Apartments are spacious inside and have surprising amount of storage. Playground for the kiddos and the clubhouse has a great little gym. Don't forget the pool! Managment and maintenence are quick to respond to concerns and were great to have here on the property. Definently worth taking a look to see if they are right for you!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at Cedar Square Apartments. As a prospective tenant, I was misled and dealt with dishonest dealings, resulting in wasted time on my end and wasted money given. First and foremost, I cannot overlook the fact that I was deceived by your business. I entrusted you with a $299 deposit, only to be met with broken promises and dishonest dealings. This not only reflects poorly on your integrity as a business but also demonstrates a lack of respect for your customers. Furthermore, the time I spent dealing with management only exacerbated my dissatisfaction. Instead of addressing my concerns in a professional manner, I was met with further dishonesty and evasion. This not only wasted my time but also left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. In light of this experience, I feel compelled to warn others against considering Cedar Square Apartments as a place to rent. It is clear that your business lacks the professionalism and commitment to customer service necessary to honor your commitments and conduct business in a transparent manner. I urge you to take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to improve your business practices. Customers deserve to be treated with honesty, respect, and professionalism, and it is clear that Cedar Square Apartments has failed to deliver on these principles. I will be seeking accommodation elsewhere, where I can be assured of a more professional and trustworthy rental experience.
