Manager Rebecca was unpleasant to communicate with. Initially promised apartment 102 and gave us a move in information paper with 102 listed as the apartment. We had to inquire in person about move-in details since and were informed of a apartment change without receiving a call. They took our $299 deposit which was to hold apartment 102 however when we arrived we were told that 102 was now taken and no longer available. Our move in sheet was then altered and 101 was placed on it in writing by said manager. This lead to a loss of a few hundred dollars. Months before we were told 102 would be available and had the rug pulled out from under us. Overall, Cedar Square Apartments' dishonesty, rudeness, and lack of communication make it an establishment to avoid. Maybe get some new management? Attached below is said paperwork.

Since our last discussion, I have not received a call back as promised, and I am still awaiting resolution on the matter. As I mentioned previously, I stand by everything I expressed in my review, and I believe it's crucial to address these concerns promptly.
Attached to my original review is the move-in sheet that clearly outlines the agreement we had regarding our unit. It's disappointing that despite this documentation, the agreed-upon terms were not honored. This not only reflects poorly on your business but also raises questions about the integrity of your establishment.
I would appreciate it if you could honor your commitment to speak with the regional manager and address the issue of the deposit. It's disheartening that it took leaving a review for our concerns to be taken seriously, especially after the fault on your end was acknowledged in our first conversation.
